This is a coherent instruction-only outreach planning guide, with the main caution that it encourages tracking personal contact and campaign details.
Before using this skill, decide where contact lists, outreach notes, and campaign results will be stored, and review messages before sending. The artifacts do not show code execution, credential use, or automatic sending behavior.

Contact information and response history could be exposed, over-retained, or reused unexpectedly if stored carelessly.
The tracking guidance asks users to record personal contact details and response notes. This is expected for outreach tracking, but it creates retained personal data that may be reused across campaigns.
