Anxiety (Tracker, Trigger Map, Coping Planner)

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This is a local, markdown-only anxiety tracking skill that stores sensitive notes on the user's machine with disclosed confirmation requirements and no hidden network or executable behavior.

Install only if you are comfortable storing anxiety-related notes in a local ~/anxiety/ folder. Treat those files as private health information, avoid saving details you would not want in plaintext, review or delete old entries periodically, and seek licensed or emergency support for severe symptoms, self-harm risk, medical red flags, or worsening function.

Finding
The template directs creation of multiple files under the user's home directory containing highly sensitive mental-health information such as anxiety episodes, triggers, thought records, escalation preferences, and professional support status, but provides no privacy warning, consent step, storage minimization, or protection guidance. In this context, local disk persistence increases the risk of unintended disclosure through backups, shared accounts, malware, sync tools, or filesystem access by other applications.
