发布流程

1. 打开发布页面

2. 填写文章内容

3. 设置文章属性

标签	优先使用用户输入的 `tags` (默认: HarmonyOS)。点击 `+` 按钮，输入标签名后按 Enter
是否原创	根据用户输入的 `is_original` (默认: true) 设置开关状态
是否开启评论	根据用户输入的 `enable_comments` (默认: true) 设置开关状态

4. 确认发布

根据 privacy_agreement (默认: true) 勾选「隐私声明」复选框（勾选后才能发布）
点击「发布」按钮
