Overview
This skill is a disclosed helper for an RSS plugin, with expected storage and notification actions tied to the user's ClawRSS workspace.
Install this only if you intend to use the ClawRSS plugin to store feed/article/digest data for a workspace and possibly send push notifications. Check that the workspace ID is correct before write actions, since saved items, cursor marks, feed changes, and notifications affect that ClawRSS workspace.
