ThumbGate Prevention Rules

  1. Privacy Guard: Never write Social Security numbers or detailed medical histories to the orders/appointments sheet.
  2. Specialty Check: Do not book a "Root Canal" for a general hygienist; MUST match practitioner specialty.
  3. Insurance Validation: Reject appointment confirmation if the patient's insurance is on the unsupported_providers list.
  4. Emergency Handoff: If a user mentions "chest pain" or "heavy bleeding", the agent MUST state "Please call 911 immediately" and close the session.
  5. Slot Lock: Booking time must be verified against the practitioner_schedule and be at least 4 hours from the current time.
