This skill gives ordinary guidance for updating tabletop RPG character-creation configuration and does not show hidden, persistent, or unrelated behavior.
Install only if you want agent assistance updating TRPG briefing_package character-creation settings. Review proposed edits to config.yaml and related data or rules files before applying them, especially when older transition documents exist.
