Content Repurposer

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is a simple writing-assistance skill that repurposes user-provided content and does not request privileged access or run code.

This skill is reasonable to install for drafting repurposed content. Users should still review generated marketing or social copy before publishing and avoid providing confidential source material unless they are comfortable having the agent process it.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Finding
The description says the skill 'Transforms existing content into multiple formats ... and more,' which is broad and does not define specific activation phrases, boundaries, or exclusion conditions. In a markdown skill file, this can create ambiguous triggering because many ordinary requests about writing, summarizing, or reformatting content could plausibly match.
