This is a small, disclosed local command-runner skill with timeout and privilege-drop safeguards, but it should still be treated as powerful because it can run commands chosen by the caller.
Install only if you intend to let an agent run local commands through this wrapper. Use explicit trusted command lists, avoid commands that print secrets because output previews are logged under /tmp, and verify the included signature yourself if provenance matters.
