Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

The skill bundle is mostly coherent developer tooling, but one review helper defaults to launching nested Codex with sandbox and approval bypass enabled.

Install only if you trust the publisher and are comfortable with developer tools that can run local commands and interact with Convex or GitHub. Before using the autoreview helper, consider running it with `--no-yolo` or otherwise disabling the default sandbox/approval bypass unless you intentionally want nested Codex to have full local access.
