Overview

This skill performs a disclosed repository maintenance check and only writes a small baseline marker for its stated FPF synchronization purpose.

Install only if you want the agent to inspect repository diffs and FPF knowledge-base files. Expect it to update .fpf/.baseline when it records a new actualization point; review that file before committing if repository cleanliness matters.
