This is a repository maintenance skill that checks recent git changes and updates a local FPF baseline file, with no evidence of hidden or unrelated behavior.
Install this if you want an agent to audit FPF freshness against git history. Expect it to read repository and .fpf files and to update .fpf/.baseline; review any proposed context changes and the baseline update before committing.
