This plugin is an opt-in reflection reviewer that spawns a read-only subagent after completed turns and records results locally, with the higher-impact behavior disclosed and bounded.

Install only if you want an extra billed review subagent to run after finished turns. Expect local ledger files to be written and expect the reviewer to read turn context, memory entries, and bounded evidence files relevant to its findings; use fractal.suspend if you need to stop it without uninstalling.
