This skill is a straightforward npm dependency review helper that reads package manifests and runs standard audit/list commands without hidden persistence or mutation.
This appears appropriate to install if you want package-risk reviews. Be aware that audit commands may send dependency metadata to the relevant package registry, and the referenced optional files under references/ are not present in the artifact, so the skill may be less complete than described.
