This skill simply teaches the agent how to use the GitHub CLI for GitHub tasks, with no hidden code or persistence.

Install this if you want the agent to help with GitHub via the `gh` CLI. Because `gh` uses your configured GitHub permissions, review any command that could modify issues, pull requests, workflows, or repository data before allowing it to run.
