Overview
This skill is a disclosed local text-to-speech helper with normal dependency and model-download considerations.
Before installing, review the mlx-audio dependency and any model IDs you plan to use, since first use may download large third-party models and store them locally. Enable the local TTS service only when needed, and keep generated audio outputs within the documented safe directories.
