Install only if Chinese-language documentation/help text is acceptable. The included script is simple and local, but review the promotional links separately before visiting them.
The natural-language description forces a specific language/locale for users by presenting the skill instructions only in Chinese. The policy for this category says to flag language or locale constraints when the skill does not offer a user choice or clearly justify the restriction.
The file’s user-facing natural language strings, including the module docstring, argument parser description, and help text, are all in Chinese with no indication that the user can choose another language. This creates a locale/language policy concern because the skill implicitly enforces a specific language rather than offering opt-in or documenting a justified region-specific constraint.
