This is a simple local Markdown table-of-contents helper that only reads a chosen file and optionally rewrites that same file when requested.
Install this if you want a local Python helper for Markdown TOCs. Use preview mode first; running with --insert will modify the selected Markdown file by adding or replacing a TOC block.
