Overview
This is a simple Base64 encode/decode helper with user-directed file reads and writes, and no evidence of hidden network, credential, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Reasonable to install if you need a local Base64 helper. As with any file conversion tool, only run it on files you choose intentionally and be aware that decode_file can overwrite the output path you provide.
