It also recommends invoking `mcporter` through `npx` without specifying a version. An unversioned npm installation resolves to the package release selected by the registry at installation time. The effective code can therefore change after this Skill has been reviewed. A compromised maintainer account, malicious package release, registry compromise, or package ownership transfer could cause users to install code that was not part of the audited artifact. The global installation command may run npm lifecycle scripts and installs the executable into the user's global npm environment. Similarly, `npx mcporter` may retrieve and immediately execute a package when it is not already available locally. The project contains no dependency lockfile, integrity hash, vendored implementation, or executable source through which the installed behavior can be independently verified. This is a supply-chain risk rather than evidence that the currently referenced packages are malicious. ### Attack Path 1. An attacker compromises the npm account, release process, repository, or registry entry for `openclaw-agentmail-cli` or `mcporter`. 2. The attacker publishes a malicious release under the expected package name. 3. A user or ...[truncated 1432 chars]- Remediation
