This is an instruction-only car-care assistant skill that transparently uses the TuhuCar CLI gateway and shows no hidden execution or persistence.

Install only if you intend to use the TuhuCar CLI. Verify the `@tuhucar/cli` or Homebrew package source, and avoid sending sensitive personal details or using an untrusted `TUHUCAR_ENDPOINT` because questions may go to the configured gateway.
