This is an instruction-only wallet skill that clearly focuses on user-approved wallet setup, balances, transactions, and key-safety practices.

Install only if you also trust the separate openclast-wallet CLI and any host wallet tools it uses. Keep approval mode enabled, verify recipient, chain, amount, contract, and approval scope before broadcasting, and avoid private-key export unless absolutely necessary.
