Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a straightforward Tencent Finance quote lookup tool that sends stock codes to Tencent's public market-data endpoint and does not show hidden persistence, credential access, or destructive behavior.

Install this if you are comfortable sending queried ticker symbols or code lists to Tencent's finance endpoint. Avoid including personal portfolio notes or sensitive strategy text in ticker arguments, and treat the returned data as informational rather than investment advice.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • MCP Least PrivilegeUnderdeclared Capability, Wildcard Permission, Missing Permission Declaration
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
Findings (4)

Undeclared Tool Scope

Medium
Category
MCP Least Privilege
Confidence
89% confidence
Finding

The skill includes code and documented behavior that performs outbound network requests to a third-party API, but the skill metadata does not declare any tool scope, permissions, or allowed-tools boundary. This creates a governance and transparency gap: an agent or reviewer may not realize the skill sends user-provided stock symbols to an external service, increasing the risk of unintended data disclosure and unauthorized network access.

Vague Triggers

Medium
Category
Not specified by scanner
Confidence
89% confidence
Finding

The trigger phrases are broad generic terms like '查股价', '查行情', and '实时行情', which can cause the skill to activate in loosely related contexts without clear user intent. Over-broad activation increases the chance that user inputs are unnecessarily routed to this skill and then sent to an external service, creating privacy, consent, and misrouting risks.

Missing User Warnings

Medium
Category
Not specified by scanner
Confidence
95% confidence
Finding

The usage section shows direct transmission of stock codes and query inputs to Tencent's API but does not clearly warn users that their inputs are sent to a third-party service. Even if stock symbols seem low sensitivity, query content can reveal investment interests, strategies, or watchlists, so the omission weakens informed consent and privacy transparency.

Natural-Language Policy Violations

Low
Category
Not specified by scanner
Confidence
95% confidence
Finding

This code file contains user-facing natural-language text entirely in Chinese, including the top-level usage instructions. Under the policy rule for language or locale constraints, forcing a specific language without user opt-in is a natural-language policy concern unless the tool is clearly documented as region- or locale-specific.
