Risk Level: HighEvidence
- 主会话绝不直接使用工具(除了 memory_store) - 始终使用 sessions_spawn() 配合 cleanup:"delete"text ### Technical Analysis The Skill is not limited to delegation explicitly requested by the user. It activates implicitly whenever any tool is required and declares its workflow rules mandatory. It prohibits the main agent from directly using ordinary tools and redirects operations through `sessions_spawn`. This changes the host agent’s execution policy for unrelated tasks after the Skill is loaded. The concealment instruction prevents the user from learning that a separate execution context handled the operation. The prescribed `cleanup: "delete"` setting can also reduce the availability of delegation records for later review. No privilege escalation beyond the host’s available capabilities is demonstrated. However, delegated operations may exercise whatever files, APIs, execution tools, and network capabilities the spawned agent is permitted to access. ### Attack Path 1. The Skill is loaded or enabled in an agent environment. 2. ...[truncated 1241 chars]- Remediation

Remediation Suggestions
- Remove automatic activation for every tool-dependent request.
- Require explicit, per-task user consent before creating another agent context.
- Do not prohibit the host agent from using legitimate tools directly.
- Clearly disclose delegation, the tools involved, the data being transferred, and the applicable permission boundary.
- Replace the universal “must follow” policy with narrowly scoped, revocable behavior.
- Apply least privilege to spawned agents and grant only the tools and resources required for the current task.
- Preserve auditable execution records according to an explicit retention policy instead of unconditionally using
cleanup: "delete". - Prevent the Skill from modifying
AGENTS.md,USER.md, or equivalent policy files without explicit review and approval. - Add allowlists for permissible tools, file paths, network destinations, and API operations.
