Vocabulary Lookup is a local Python dictionary lookup tool with no evidenced network access, credential use, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Install if you are comfortable running a local Python script. Use a trusted dictionary file, point --dict-path only at the intended vocabulary data, and treat the optional edge-tts dependency like any other third-party package.
