Book IT Support

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill appears to do what it says: helps search for and book IT support through Lokuli, with normal booking privacy considerations.

Install this only if you want Lokuli-based IT support booking. Before creating a booking, confirm the provider, service, time slot, and that your name, email, and phone number will be sent to the external booking service.

Vague Triggers

Medium
Confidence
91% confidence
Finding
The trigger language is broad enough to activate on generic 'service request' phrasing, which can cause the skill to engage when the user did not clearly ask to search or book IT support through this third-party MCP. Overbroad activation increases the chance of unintended tool use and can lead to premature collection or transmission of user data to an external service.

Missing User Warnings

Medium
Confidence
95% confidence
Finding
The skill includes a booking flow that transmits personal data such as name, email, and phone number to an external endpoint, but it does not instruct the agent to warn the user or obtain clear consent first. This creates a privacy risk because sensitive contact details may be collected and shared without adequate transparency or confirmation.
