Overview
This skill is a narrow local tariff-file contract that tells an agent how to read and validate a local price snapshot without installing software, changing files, or publishing data by default.
Installers should provide only the intended tariff snapshot path in SMARTCLAWS.md and ensure the data is not treated as authoritative when stale or malformed. The skill is appropriate when paired with a SmartClaws master agent, but it should not be used as a general permission to read or publish unrelated local data.
