The skill has a reasonable MLS lookup purpose, but the code it runs is outside the reviewed package at a hard-coded local path.
Install only if you control and have inspected the local `paragon-mls-mcp` project at the hard-coded path. The MLS lookup workflow itself is plausible, but this package does not contain the code that will actually run.
