This skill is a guide for registering and activating a PowPow account, with no local code execution or credential collection in the artifact.

Install only if you intend to help users register for PowPow. Users should complete signup and payment themselves on the official PowPow pages and should not share passwords, verification codes, or payment proof with the agent.
