Security audit

Nonconformance Handling

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is mostly a quality-control document-generation skill, but it includes an unscoped command to run a local Python script that is not included in the artifact.

Review this skill before installing if your agent may execute shell commands. The process guidance itself is low risk, but do not let it run scripts/build_report.py unless you have verified which file will be executed and trust that script.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Finding

The skill metadata, headings, instructions, examples, and interaction guidance are entirely in Chinese, and there is no statement that users may choose another language or that the skill is limited to a Chinese-speaking/regional context. Under the policy, language constraints must be opt-in or clearly justified; otherwise this is a natural-language policy violation.
