Killer Validation

Perform "killer validation" on a business idea:

  1. Check whether there is real demand and evidence of willingness to pay.
  2. Search communities for real user discussions to confirm the actual pain points.
  3. Examine why existing products and competitors have not adequately solved the problem.
  4. Assess whether the market is crowded.
  5. Determine whether the product can be standardized, or whether every customer requires a POC/customization.
  6. Determine whether the real barriers are product/data moats or implementation/labor costs.
  7. Focus on answering: Why has this pain point remained unsolved for so long?
  8. If the original idea is not viable, determine whether a more reasonable vertical approach exists.
  9. Ultimately, provide only BUILD / PIVOT / PASS, and explain the most critical reason.

Prioritize finding evidence against the idea. Do not rationalize it just to prove that it is viable.
