Overview
This skill transparently downloads or extracts YouTube audio/subtitles and uses local Whisper to create a transcript.
Install only if you are comfortable with the skill downloading YouTube media/subtitles, running local Whisper, and writing transcript files. Choose the output path carefully to avoid overwriting a file, install dependencies from trusted sources, and use --force only when you accept the extra CPU/RAM risk.
