This is a small text-formatting skill with no evidence of hidden network access, persistence, credential use, or unsafe authority.
This appears safe for ordinary text cleanup. Before installing, note that the bundled helper may not fully match the documented fmt-tool flags, so treat it as a simple formatter rather than a complete command replacement.
