Overview
This is a simple local Base64 encode/decode helper with no evidence of hidden access, credential use, networking, persistence, or unrelated behavior.
This is reasonable to install if you want a local Base64 tool. Use it only on files or strings you intentionally provide, and be careful when decoding untrusted Base64 to an output file because decoded content can be arbitrary binary data.
