Security audit

picoclaw-traffic-guardian

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a disclosed specification scaffold for future Picoclaw traffic monitoring, with no active runtime code in the package.

Reasonable to install as a scaffold/spec. Before enabling any future implementation, confirm traffic inspection remains opt-in, process-scoped, byte-bounded, redacted before logging, and does not install a system-wide CA, change global proxy settings, block traffic by default, or send captured traffic to external services.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep
