This is a disclosed specification-only security monitoring scaffold with no active proxy, persistence, or runtime code in the package.

Before installing or building on this, treat it as a scaffold, not a finished monitor. If you later implement the planned proxy or HTTPS inspection, keep it opt-in, host-side, redacted, and avoid automatic trust-store changes or exposing raw traffic and CA key material to containers.
