Overview

This is a disclosed beta specification scaffold for opt-in Hermes traffic monitoring, with no active proxy code or hidden runtime behavior in the inspected package.

Before installing, treat this as a beta scaffold rather than a finished monitor. Review any future implementation before enabling it, especially HTTPS inspection, and keep proxy and CA trust scoped to the intended Hermes process as the skill requires.
