This is a coherent offline text-to-speech skill, with the main caveat that it downloads and extracts third-party native runtime files without pinned checksums.

Before installing, consider whether you trust the upstream sherpa-onnx GitHub release assets, because this skill runs native code downloaded during installation. Administrators who need stronger supply-chain assurance should verify release hashes or signatures independently before use.
