Overview
This skill is a local GitHub Actions report generator that reads user-provided run export JSON files and does not show hidden network, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Before installing, confirm you are comfortable running a local bash/python3 script over GitHub Actions JSON exports. Keep RUN_GLOB pointed at intended export directories, and review output before enabling FAIL_ON_CRITICAL in CI because that setting can intentionally fail a pipeline.
