Overview

This skill is a straightforward CI helper that reads JUnit XML files and prints flaky-test triage results without network access, persistence, or hidden privilege use.

Install only where it is acceptable for the agent to run a local bash script using python3 and read the JUnit XML paths you provide. Keep JUNIT_GLOB pointed at CI test result directories rather than broad private folders.
