Overview

This is a plain SQL optimization guidance skill with no executable code, persistence, or hidden data handling.

Before using it, avoid sharing secrets or unnecessary production values in SQL parameters or plans, and treat any index or DDL recommendation as something to test in staging with a rollback path before applying to production.
