This skill is a non-executing redaction checklist that is clearly scoped to helping users prepare safer handoff context.
Before installing, treat this as a checklist for redacting handoff notes, not as permission to share them. Users should still avoid giving it raw transcripts or sensitive records and should have a person review any unclear sharing authority.
