This is a documentation-only Prometheus alert-design helper with no executable code, installer hooks, persistence, or hidden behavior.
Safe to install as a guidance skill. When using it with live Prometheus or Alertmanager systems, prefer read-only credentials for analysis and manually review any generated alert, routing, or deletion recommendations before applying them.
