Security audit

KANO 需求优先级

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a straightforward KANO product-requirement prioritizer with only bundled reference reading and an optional local sorting script.

Installers should understand that the skill may ask the agent to read its bundled KANO reference and may run a local Python sorter on a JSON file they provide. It does not show network access, credential handling, persistence, or destructive actions.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • MCP Least PrivilegeUnderdeclared Capability, Wildcard Permission, Missing Permission Declaration
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access

Undeclared Tool Scope

Medium
Category
MCP Least Privilege
Confidence
89% confidence
Finding

The skill instructs the agent to read a local file (references/kano.md) and optionally run a local script, but the manifest does not declare any tool scope such as file-read permission. This creates a least-privilege and transparency problem: the skill relies on capabilities that are not explicitly declared, which can lead to unintended file access if the runtime grants broader defaults or if reviewers cannot accurately assess what the skill needs.

Vague Triggers

Finding

The manifest provides a single invocation phrase, but it does not clarify when the skill should or should not be used beyond a broad request to classify and prioritize product requirements. There are no exclusion conditions or negative examples, which can make activation boundaries ambiguous in a manifest-scoped trigger description.
