This skill is a coherent parcel-tracking helper that uses an external local CLI and stores watch state only when the user asks.
Install only if you are comfortable trusting the external parcelcli Go module. Provide tracking numbers and postcodes only for parcels you want checked with carrier sites, and remove saved watches when monitoring is no longer needed.
