Security audit

Accounting Tool

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is openly an accounting API, but it gives agents broad authority to change financial records without clear approval or scope limits.

Install only if you trust the provider and can enforce human approval for sending invoices, marking invoices paid, creating financial records, and syncing to QuickBooks. Prefer sandbox or least-privilege accounting accounts until data handling, authorization scopes, and audit controls are clear.

Finding
The skill advertises that an AI agent can take 'full control over financial operations' and exposes high-impact actions such as sending invoices, marking invoices paid, and syncing data to QuickBooks without any documented guardrails, approval requirements, or risk warnings. In an agent setting, this can enable unauthorized financial actions, accounting tampering, or propagation of bad data into downstream bookkeeping systems if the agent is misprompted, compromised, or over-permissioned.
