Overview
This appears to be a straightforward Gladia speech-to-text plugin that uploads audio to Gladia and uses a Gladia API key for authentication.
Install this only if you are comfortable having audio files sent to Gladia for transcription. Provide only a Gladia API key, and avoid configuring any non-Gladia base URL unless you intentionally trust that endpoint. The main issue to be aware of is that the registry metadata may not clearly advertise the required GLADIA_API_KEY even though the plugin itself does.
