Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a disclosed personal-wiki helper that reads sources and writes markdown wiki pages under user direction.

Install this if you want an agent to maintain a local markdown wiki for you. Be aware that it may create or update multiple files under the chosen wiki directory, so keep the wiki root clear and confirm ambiguous requests before letting it write in batch mode.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Vague Triggers

Not specified by scanner
Confidence
95% confidence
Finding

The phrase "add to wiki" is ambiguous because it can appear in casual conversation without clearly signaling consent to run a file-writing knowledge-management workflow. Given that the skill has Read Write Edit Bash access and is designed to persist and transform content, ambiguous triggering increases the risk of unintended activation and undesired modifications under the workspace.
