Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is a coherent TCM clinical-reasoning skill, but it can produce individualized herbal formula guidance without medical safety boundaries.

Review before installing if users may ask real health questions. This skill should be treated as educational TCM analysis only unless a qualified clinician is supervising; users should not start, stop, or modify herbal treatment based on its output, especially during pregnancy, for children or elderly users, with chronic illness, urgent symptoms, or when taking medications.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Finding

This skill gives structured guidance for syndrome decomposition, treatment principles, herb selection, and formula modification, but does not include clear safety boundaries, contraindication warnings, or advice to consult a qualified clinician. In a medical domain—especially one involving individualized herbal treatment and dose/formula adaptation—users may act on the output directly, creating risk of delayed appropriate care, adverse herb effects, interactions, or harm from unsuitable treatment.
