Security audit

remember-medical-notes

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is purpose-built for medical note memory, but it sends sensitive health details to a remote BlueColumn/Supabase API without enough data-handling and retention detail.

Install only if you intend to store medical notes in BlueColumn's remote service. Before using it, confirm what data will be sent, avoid unnecessary identifiers, use it only with the user's explicit consent, and verify BlueColumn's retention, deletion, and access-control practices.

Finding
The skill instructs agents to send detailed medical appointment notes, symptoms, and provider instructions to a remote API, but it does not require an explicit user-facing warning or renewed consent at the point of transmission. Because this is highly sensitive health information, omission of a clear disclosure materially increases the risk of unauthorized or insufficiently informed sharing, especially if an agent uses the skill automatically in a broader workflow.
