Install only if you are comfortable connecting OpenClaw to a Signal account that can send messages and reactions. Prefer a dedicated bot number, keep DM and group allowlists narrow, review the signal-cli download commands before running them, and disable `configWrites` unless you specifically need Signal-based configuration changes.
