AxonFlow Governance (REDIRECT STUB — wrong package)

This package is a harmless redirect stub that loads, prints a warning banner, and intentionally registers no hooks — it is internally consistent with its stated purpose.

This package is a deliberate 'redirect stub' — installing it will not provide governance or protections; its only behavior is to log a prominent banner telling you to install @axonflow/openclaw instead. It's safe from a permission/credential perspective (no secrets, no network calls, no persistent privileges). If you intended to get AxonFlow governance, uninstall this package and follow the SKILL.md instructions to install @axonflow/openclaw. If you just installed this by mistake, remove it; nothing in the stub performs telemetry or exfiltration. Note: the package includes maintenance notes and metadata; that is informational and not harmful.
